    1. Single-payer universal healthcare: nation-wide & state-wide
    2. HIV/AIDS support
    3. elderly support
    4. North Shore hospital
    5. wellness of homeless
    6. health facility support, rural
    7. job training in rural areas
    8. affordable housing for (health) workers in rural areas
    9. multi-state program for importing cheaper drugs
    10. mental health support
    11. pharmacies with adequate supplies in rural areas
    12. death with dignity
    13. medicare eligibility — lower age requirement
    14. homeless care [could be incorporated with mental health topic]
    15. affordable housing
    16. medicare/medicaid funding

  2. There was some general discussion about what some of us were referring to as “single-payer universal healthcare.” A good resource for this is at the Physicians for a National Health Program site. http://pnhp.org/
