Discussion with Ann Wright
Wednesday, July 18, 7pm
Revolution Books
“Impeachment IS on the Table”

Ann Wright is in town for a few days and Revolution Books, along with World Can’t Wait-Hawai`i, invite you to a talk and discussion with Ann about impeachment.

* When Ann returns to Washington D.C. next week she’ll be accompanying Cindy Sheehan on Cindy’s visit to Nancy Pelosi’s office to deliver her challenge on impeachment.

* On Friday Ann will openly challenge Hawai`i’s congressionals to take action to impeach Bush and Cheney (including Abercrombie and Hirono, who have both recently spoken out against impeachment). Watch for the announcement of a press conference at the Federal Building on Friday! (And we chose this picture of Ann to show that when she challenges someone, she really delivers a challenge!)

Ann will be talking about all of this and more at Revolution Books on Wednesday evening. The movement to impeach is growing every day! So ask your questions. Join the movement to drive the whole Bush Regime out of office! And pick up your orange bandanas, armbands, antenna ribbons and more while you’re there.

Revolution Books seats about 70 people, so be sure to get there by 7 pm. There is little parking at the store, and we suggest you park in one of the nearby lots n(next to East Side Grille, behind Varsity Theatre, at Church of the Crossroads). Puck’s Alley also has parking, but it’s more expensive. Coffee and light refreshments. Free. [And if you wonder why this is on such notice, it’s because Ann had a few days’ break in her speaking engagements, flew into town unexpectedly to “read her mail”, and graciously offered to speak.]

SPREAD ORANGE EVERYWHERE!

IMPEACH Bush and Cheney!”

Declare Yourself!
Wear Orange!
Orange everywhere!

Regardless of what Nancy Palosi says,
IMPEACHMENT IS ON THE TABLE!

According to a national poll, 54% of Americans now want to impeach Cheney; 45% want to impeach Bush! Calls for impeachment are coming from both the left and the right (for a great example of this, watch Moyers Journal this week at: Moyers Journal .

The Impeach Video is now the #1 watched video on U-Tube. See it at: U-Tube Video .

15 members of Congress have now signed the House Resolution to impeach Cheney. It’s only a beginning, but at least it’s that. For the announcement: House Resolution .

And read the report by by David Lindorff about his trip to Texas - wearing this IMPEACH T-shirt. Only smiles and congrats - and the stewardess on the plane even gave him a free drink to thank him for wearing it! See: Lindorff .

In spite of all this, almost all of the politicians are unwilling to demand impeachment proceedings. It’s up to us! Let’s make our numbers visible. Wear orange! Turn our cities and towns orange. Here are some ideas!

Get a couple of rolls of flagging tape (about $1.50 at City Mill or Home Depot for 50 yeards). Cut them into short pieces and tie them to everything you see. Your car antenna, doorknobs, signs, bulletin boards. Get everyone asking: “What’s orange about?”

Get orange up on your MySpace or FaceBook, or put up a banner on your e-mails. Get those little orange pricing dots (like for garage sales) and stick them on envelopes, class assignments, whatever! If you want to get fancy, run them through your printer with “Impeach” on each.

Make a “Declare Yourself” display for your club, church or classroom. And supply a box with armbands or ribbons.

“Wear orange. Put orange everywhere. Those who have been clad in orange, tortured, and detained without recourse will not be alone.”

We Are Not Waiting!
WE ARE DRIVING OUT THE BUSH REGIME!
